Yesterday I got my first package from my family. I was expecting a medium sized package, instead it was large. At first I was confused, "What the heck could be in there". Then I remembered my dad saying he was gonna send a halloween surprise, oh no. It was basically full of american candy. Ridiculous. It is a nice package though, can't wait to eat some skittles.
I can relate. My mom was going to send me some money in the mail to go out to dinner. This new town is really full of some great places to eat, so I welcomed the awesome birthday gift. Instead a large box arrived. I figured it was clothes or some blankets she knitted. In it was a check for $100 for dinner, and stuffed with licorice, Skittles, Jolly Ranchers, and gummy bears. Win Win for me!
